The Koenigsegg Proprietary Diamond Weave, fully developed by Koenigsegg, is a new and unique method to manufacture the carbon fiber used for the CCXR Trevita. By utilizing this new and unique method, Koenigsegg managed to coat the fibers with a diamond finish. Hence, the price of the car is incredible.

Koenigsegg initially plans to build three units of the CCXR Trevita, but due to the complexity of the special diamond weave, only two units were made possible. This has made this car one of the rarest supercars from Koenigsegg.
